1972年10月29日生まれ、福岡県出身。 株式会社ライブドアの前社長。2005年よりインターステラテクノロジズ社に出資。 インターステラテクノロジズ社では、国内の民間企業として初めて、宇宙空間に到達した観測ロケットMOMOを打ち上げた。 現在は同社にて超小型衛星を軌道上に乗せるための軌道投入ロケットZEROも開発中。 また2021年1月に、同社の⼦会社であるOur Stars株式会社を設⽴。

Born October 29, 1972 in Fukuoka JAPAN. Interstella Technologies started development in 2005 with sponsorship by Takafumi Horie, who was then president of Livedoor Co.,Ltd. He launched MOMO, the first sounding rocket to reach into space as a private company development in Japan. And he is also developing nano-launcher "ZERO" that can orbit nano/micro satellites.
