Parth Trivedi is CEO and Co-Founder of Skylo Technologies, the maker and operator of the world’s most affordable and accessible satellite-based network. Skylo connects machines, sensors, and devices anywhere in the world to transform industries and improve the human condition. MBA studies, he was co-leading research in the Space Systems Lab exploring how to connect billions of devices in a ubiquitous, cost-effective way. Parth then became an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at venture capital firm Innovation Endeavors, where he and his co-founders continued to invent an affordable mechanism for remote industries (e.g., agriculture, fishing, mining, utilities infrastructure, disaster preparedness and response) to become connected for the first time. Under Parth’s leadership, Skylo has recently emerged from stealth mode following the successful close of its $103M Series B, led by Softbank Group with DCM and Innovation Endeavors. Parth was selected to serve on the U.S. delegation to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the United Nations technical body on aviation, after earning his Master of Science from Aeronautics & Astronautics from MIT. There he led various aerospace-focused projects for the Department of Defense, Air Force Research Laboratory, NASA, Lockheed Martin, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Born and raised in Kolkata, India, Parth earned his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University with highest distinction. He subsequently earned advanced degrees from both MIT and Stanford before founding Skylo.
