東京大学大学院修了。JICA専門家、外務省、内閣府宇宙開発戦略事務局を経て、2018年に株式会社スペースエッジラボ創業（現アークエッジ・スペース社）創業。アマゾン森林管理および南米における自然資源管理、アフリカ地域の開発問題等を中心に森林・海洋・自然管理等の国際協力業務に実績。内閣府において、アジア・南米・中東・アフリカと宇宙協力並びに宇宙技術を活用したSDGs協力等に携わってきた。現在は、６U衛星コンステレーション構築事業を開始し、６U衛星をはじめとした新たな宇宙ビジネスの開拓から、６U衛星による月インフラや深宇宙プログラムへの取り組みを進めている。

After working as an expert for the Japan International Cooperation Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Cabinet Office’s National Space Policy Secretariat, Takayoshi Fukuyo founded Space Edge Lab Inc. (now ArkEdge Space Inc.) in 2018. He is specialized in international cooperation for forest, marine, and environmental management, having extensive experience in Amazonian Forest management, natural resource management in South America, and development issues in Africa. At the Cabinet Office, Mr Fukuyo has been involved in space cooperation with numerous countries in Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as SDGs cooperation using space technology. His company, ArkEdge Space Inc, is currently establishing a 6U satellite constellation and is developing new space businesses, including 6U satellites utilization for the maritime DX and the achievement of the SDGs, as well as advanced 6U satellite-based lunar infrastructure and deep space programs.
